Starting her career as a receptionist within a Real Estate agency in 2018 began a love for all things property, with a promotion to leasing shortly after, followed by her current Property Manager role, Chelsea fully understands all aspects of the industry, and knows that attention to detail, commitment and dedication are the necessary skills to build a trusting relationship with both tenant and owner.    

The combination of both office based work and being able to get out and meet her clients is a major factor for Chelsea, with a dedication to people and their property her main focus, while her colleagues admire her approachability, attentiveness and kindness that’s always on display, both within the office and throughout her entire day to day life.  Her time management skills serve her well, with a talent for organisation ensuring she is always one step ahead, a trait that is recognised and rewarded with outstanding customer relationships and a track record of delivering results.     

With a family local to the area, and weekends spent exploring with her faithful pup Zoey, Chelsea is quite the expert on all the delights this incredible coastal community has to offer, providing helpful insights to clients, along with hidden hiking spots and her favourite beaches to visit. 

Always seeking a way to enhance her knowledge and the experience her clients receive, Chelsea has completed both a Certificate IV and Diploma in Property Services, with her drive and enthusiasm resulting in a genuine passion for the industry and the diverse range of people she meets.
