Gabby and her team were really great to work with. They clearly know the market well and were very responsive. The property attracted 3 offers and one of these was accepted 5 days after the listing date, for a tidy amount more than the asking price. Opal Realty's fees are lower than some other agencies as well. Overall I'm very pleased with their service and would certainly use Opal Realty again.
